The main thing you need to know when finding slope is that slope= rise over run once you know that it is just simple, you start at the point and count up the (rise) and then how ever many over (run) till you get to the next point then you simply write the number you got for your rise over the number you got for your run.
example:
As you can see in the link above its a picture of my work in graphmatica and you can see that it rises 3 and goes over 1, therefore the line y=3x+2 has a slope of 3
